How Luria works
What Luria does to your store in plain English, from install to reported lift.
Luria is a tool that makes your pages convert better and proves it with numbers. Here is what that looks like from your side of the screen.
You install it
Luria installs in about 10 minutes. On Shopify it is an app and a theme toggle. Everywhere else it is one line in your site's head. Luria never edits your theme or your code. Your files stay exactly as they are.
It watches how visitors behave
Once live, Luria pays attention to what your visitors actually do: where they land, what they read, where they hesitate, where they leave, and what they buy. Visitor IDs are random and personal details are masked. For the first few days it only watches. Nothing on your site changes.
It learns your brand
You give it a few sentences about who you sell to and how you talk. It reads your products and your existing pages. It also studies the public pages of the leaders in your market to learn what patterns work, then writes its own original copy. It never copies anyone's text.
It writes and serves better versions of your pages
Luria writes new versions of your headlines, copy, layouts, and offers, and shows them to a share of your visitors. Some visitors see your original page. Some see a variant. Everyone gets a normal, fast page. Nobody sees a broken one.
It keeps the winners and retires the losers
When a variant beats your original, more visitors see it. When a variant loses, fewer do, until it is gone. Over weeks this compounds: the page you have today is always the best one Luria has found so far, and it keeps looking.
It reports the lift
Your dashboard shows what changed, who saw it, and what it was worth in your goal (purchases, leads, bookings, or signups) and in revenue where that applies. You see the lift with its confidence, not a guess. The numbers are measured against your original page on the same traffic, at the same time.
What stays in your control
- Nothing touches your theme or code. Variants are layered on top. Remove Luria and your site is exactly as it was.
- It never breaks the page. If anything goes wrong, Luria steps aside and your visitors see your original page, exactly as if Luria were not installed.
- Kill switch. Pause Luria in the dashboard and all changes stop within about 60 seconds.
- You approve the sensitive stuff. Anything that touches a price, a discount, or a factual claim waits for your approval before anyone sees it. Everything else runs on its own. See Approvals.
- Your data is yours. It is first-party, per store, and not shared. See Data and privacy.
How long it takes
Assume a store with roughly 3,000 or more sessions a month. Less traffic stretches every window.
- Baseline (day 0 to 3): watching only.
- First tests (day 3 to 10): the first variants go live.
- Learning (day 10 to 30): winners pull ahead.
- Converged (day 30 to 60): the best version is serving most of the time.
- Compounding (day 60+): it keeps finding new improvements on top of the old ones.
