Verify your install
Three quick checks that prove Luria is tracking, counting, and serving on your site, with the fix for each failure.

This is the green-check page. Every install guide ends here. Run the three checks in order. The first two take a minute. The third happens on its own.
Check 1: Tracking live
Open your site in a new private (incognito) window so you are a fresh visitor. Load the home page. Then go to your Luria dashboard at luriart.com/app.
Within about 60 seconds you should see a green dot labelled Tracking live.
- Pass: the dot is green within 60 seconds of your page view.
- Fail: it is grey, red, or still says waiting after 2 minutes. Go to Snippet not firing.
Check 2: Sessions climbing
Open the Live tab in your dashboard. Your private-window visit should be counted, and the number should keep moving as real visitors arrive.
- Pass: the session count includes your visit and rises over the next few minutes (faster on busier stores).
- Fail: it stays at zero or stays flat while you know visitors are on the site. Go to Snippet not firing.
Check 3: First variant served
You do not need to do anything for this one. Once tracking is live, Luria starts its Baseline stage and learns from your real visitors. The first variant usually appears within a few hours of install once that collection is underway. On low-traffic stores it can take up to 3 days before the first test begins. That is normal and part of the training timeline.
- Pass: a variant shows as serving within 3 days.
- Fail: nothing is serving after 3 days. Go to No variants serving.
