Your Brand Brain
What Luria accumulates about your store over time, why it grows more valuable with tenure, and how to use it outside Luria.
Every test Luria runs on your store teaches it something specific about your buyers. Your Brand Brain is where that knowledge accumulates. It's the difference between a tool that tests your page and an asset that knows your business.
You can find it in the Brand Brain tab of your dashboard.
What's in it
Your best-performing audiences
Which visitor types convert for you, and on what. Not demographics from a survey; actual behavior on your actual store. Returning visitors from email behave differently from first-timers from a TikTok ad, and your Brand Brain records which of them respond to which framing.
The copy angles that beat your control
Every headline, offer framing, and benefit order that outperformed your original page, with how much it won by and under what conditions. Over months this becomes a ranked list of what your buyers respond to: urgency or reassurance, specifics or simplicity, price-led or quality-led.
Which visitor types convert on which framing
The cross-reference of the two above. Visitors from paid search respond to X; visitors from your newsletter respond to Y; mobile visitors in the evening respond to Z. This is what Luria uses to personalize, and it's also what you can read directly to understand your own customers better.
Your seasonal patterns
How your conversion behavior shifts across the year: what worked in Q4, what changed in summer, how your buyers respond around a sale versus at full price. After a full year with Luria, your Brand Brain knows your calendar, and Luria can get ahead of it. See Seasonal.
Headline recommendations you can use anywhere
The clearest output: a running set of headlines, subheads, and offer statements that have proven themselves on your traffic. These aren't locked inside Luria. Use them in your emails, your ads, your product descriptions, your packaging. A headline that beat your control by a measurable margin on your own site is the safest copy you'll ever ship in a Klaviyo campaign or a Meta ad.
Why it grows with tenure
On day 10, your Brand Brain holds one or two wins and a lot of "not enough data yet." On day 90, it holds a ranked library of what works, split by channel. On day 365, it holds a full seasonal cycle.
Each test builds on the last. Luria doesn't retest what it already knows about your buyers; it tests the next thing. So a store that's been with Luria for a year isn't just getting the current lift, it's running on a year of compounding knowledge that no two-week trial could replicate, and that knowledge is specific to your store. Nothing in your Brand Brain comes from or goes to any other merchant.
How to use it
- Before writing an email or ad: check the headline recommendations. Start from what's already proven.
- Before a launch: look at which angles won on similar products. Tell Luria about the launch (see How to train Luria) so it can apply them.
- When briefing an agency or freelancer: share the audience and angle summaries. It's the clearest customer brief most of them will ever receive.
- When planning the year: read the seasonal section before Q4 rather than after.
Portability
You can export your Brand Brain summary from the dashboard as a document you can keep, share, or paste anywhere. It's your data. For what Luria stores, how long, and how it's protected, see Data and privacy.
