# Plans and metering Source: https://docs.luriart.com/billing/plans-and-metering Plain text: https://docs.luriart.com/billing/plans-and-metering.txt Your first five attributed conversions are free, then a tier that matches your tracked monthly revenue, billed on luriart.com, never on your Shopify invoice. Luria has one meter and one engine. The first **5 attributed conversions** are free. After that you are on a tier set by the revenue Luria measures for you, billed by Luria on luriart.com, and you can cancel any time. | Tracked monthly revenue | Price | | ----------------------- | ----------- | | Up to $5k | $69 / mo | | $5k to $25k | $149 / mo | | $25k to $75k | $299 / mo | | $75k to $150k | $499 / mo | | $150k to $350k | $799 / mo | | $350k to $700k | $1,199 / mo | | $700k to $1m | $1,699 / mo | | Over $1m | Talk to us | The tier sets the price, never the product. Every tier gets the same variants, the same held-out control, the same promotion bar and the same dashboard. We confirm your tier with you and set the subscription up, and we move you between tiers as the store changes. ## What you'll need * Luria installed and tracking, so conversions can be attributed at all. * On Shopify, access to the Luria app inside your Shopify admin. That is where the upgrade button lives. * A card, only when you upgrade. Nothing is charged during the free allowance. ## What counts as an attributed conversion An attributed conversion is an order that arrived carrying Luria's attributes, meaning a conversion the running system can claim. Organic orders never count against your allowance. Two more rules worth knowing: * **One order counts once.** On Shopify the order id is the dedupe key, so the pixel and the order webhook can both report the same sale without double counting. * **A fully refunded order gives its slot back.** Partial refunds do not. See [Guarantee and refunds](/billing/guarantee-and-refunds). ## Steps ### Step 1: Watch the meter Both the dashboard and the Luria app in your Shopify admin show the same count. The dashboard's **Plan & Billing** tab reads "You've used \{n} of 5 free conversions". The app's Usage card reads "\{n} of 5 free attributed conversions used" with a meter beside it. ### Step 2: Know what happens at the cap At five attributed conversions, **variants pause and measurement continues**. Every page goes back to its control version, but exposures, events, order webhooks and your dashboard keep running. You lose the lift, never the data. The status pill switches to: "Free limit reached (5/5 conversions), variants paused. Upgrade to resume." ### Step 3: Upgrade Open the Luria app inside your Shopify admin and press **Upgrade** (it reads **Reactivate optimization** once you are at the cap). Checkout opens on luriart.com in a new tab, because a payment page cannot render inside the Shopify admin frame. Pay, and variants resume. The dashboard's Plan & Billing tab shows your plan and your usage; the upgrade button itself lives in the Shopify app. **Note:** If the button says billing isn't live yet, optimization keeps running. Email [hello@luriart.com](mailto:hello@luriart.com) and we'll set you up by hand. ## Where the charge appears On your card, from Luria, on luriart.com. **Never on your Shopify invoice.** Luria is a public unlisted app installed from luriart.com, so it does not use Shopify's billing at all. Once you are paying, the app says "Subscription active, billed via luriart.com (never on your Shopify invoice)." ## Payment problems and cancellation | State | What happens to your site | | ----------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Payment fails | Your plan goes **past due** and variants stop serving until the payment clears. Measurement keeps running. | | You cancel | Variants stop serving. Your data and dashboard stay. | | You uninstall the Shopify app | The subscription is cancelled for you, and serving stops within about 60 seconds. | To cancel, email [hello@luriart.com](mailto:hello@luriart.com), or uninstall the app. Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires it, and we give at least 30 days' notice before any price change. ## Verify it worked After upgrading, the Usage card in the Shopify app shows the active plan and drops the free-conversion meter. On your site, a test page serves its variant again instead of control. The status pill loses the "Free limit reached" line. ## Common failures * **Variants still paused right after paying.** The store's serving config refreshes on about a 60 second cycle. Reload the page after a minute. * **The upgrade button does nothing.** Checkout opens in a new tab. Allow pop-ups for your Shopify admin. * **You are not on Shopify.** The meter and the checkout button live in the Shopify app today. On other platforms, email [hello@luriart.com](mailto:hello@luriart.com) and we'll set your plan up directly. * **Conversions counted look low.** Only attributed orders count, and one order counts once. ## Common questions **Do I need a card to start?** No. You install, run, and use your five free attributed conversions with no card on file. **Does the meter reset every month?** No. The five free attributed conversions are a one-time allowance per store, not a monthly quota. A fully refunded order returns a slot to it. **Does Luria stop collecting data when I hit the cap?** No. Events, order webhooks, and the dashboard keep running. Only the variants pause. ## Next steps * [Guarantee and refunds](/billing/guarantee-and-refunds) * [Your dashboard](/dashboard/overview) * [No variants serving](/troubleshooting/no-variants-serving) * [Uninstalling Luria](/reference/uninstall)
